| Our firm was founded by William A. Rinehart in 1980. From its inception, it has emphasized enforcing the rights of creditors and debt collection. Over the years, we have handled all manner of commercial, retail, transportation, insurance and bankruptcy related matters.
The firm is located just seven minutes north of downtown Milwaukee. We handle legal matters throughout the State of Wisconsin and regularly appear in State and Federal Courts throughout Wisconsin.
The firm consists of three experienced attorneys, which we believe is one of our strongest attributes. When a claim is sent to this office, it receives personal hands on treatment from highly experienced collection attorneys from the first call, to the final payment.
OUR ATTORNEYS:
Mr. Rinehart has been practicing law since 1972. His entire career has been devoted primarily to commercial collection practice. Past service on the United States Panel of Bankruptcy Trustees has fit well into Mr. Rinehart’s collection practice. He serves as attorney for Trustees in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Cases and State Court Receiverships, being charged with the responsibility of collecting accounts receivable and preferences and handling other litigation matters for the estates to benefit creditors.
He also handles matters relating to filing construction liens including sending the necessary notices through foreclosing on the liens.
Mr. Rinehart is certified as a Creditor’s Rights Specialist by the American Board of Certification. This certification program is accredited by the American Bar Association. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and the State Bar of Wisconsin and is authorized to practice before all State, District and Bankruptcy Courts in Wisconsin.
Mr. Scaffidi has been practicing law since 1978. His practice consists primarily of commercial and retail collections. He has been a member of the Panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin since 1982. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and is authorized to practice before all State, District and Bankruptcy Courts in Wisconsin.
Mr. Mathews has been practicing law since 1980. His practice has been devoted primarily to commercial and retail collection matters. In addition to his collection practice, Mr. Mathews devotes substantial time to collection and loan workouts for numerous banking and credit union clients.
Mr. Mathews is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He is authorized to practice before all State, District and Bankruptcy Courts in Wisconsin.
